Ultra and trail running through Thy National Park and Jammerbugt. Routes follow the West Coast Trail and Redningsvejen (old lifeboat road). Terrain includes sandy dune heaths, coastal beaches, coniferous plantations, and small fishing villages. Single tracks through dunes and along the North Sea coast.
