The 39th edition of the Marathon de la Liberté (D-Day Landings Marathon) is a unique running festival that pays tribute to D-Day through sport. Taking place over 4 days (June 4-7), the marathon course passes through 17 historic towns in Normandy, connecting Caen to the D-Day landing beaches. With 30,000 participants from 67 nationalities, it is one of France's most emotionally powerful running events.
